Vergo Leadership Team Attends Meeting & Mental Health Trainning Session

Thursday, 7 December, marked a special day in our calendar that set a positive tone for the year ahead. Our leadership team meeting began with a morning filled with positive discussions and setting the stage for an incredible year ahead.

One of the highlights of the day was our engaging mental health training session, a vital step towards nurturing our team’s well-being. The session was informative and a reminder of how much we value our colleagues’ mental health.

But it wasn’t all serious business; we balanced the day with various team-building activities that were both fun and enlightening. These activities emphasised the value of collaboration, a bit of friendly competition, and, of course, lots of sweet treats! Some of the team also recieved certificates in recognition for all their hard work this year.

As the day drew to a close, we transitioned into celebration mode with our Gloucester office Christmas party at the stunning Mercure Bowden Hall. The venue, decorated with festive decorations, set a magical scene for an evening of laughter, music, and camaraderie. It was a perfect way to wrap up an already fantastic day.

This memorable day was more than just a series of events; it was a reflection of our culture – one that values mental well-being and the power of togetherness. We look forward to more events in 2024!
